Note: An eInvoice can be canceled within 24 hours of generating the IRN. After 24 hours, the E-Invoice cannot be canceled.

If you have generated E-Invoice through the E-Invoice portal then you have to cancel it from E-Invoice portal.

If you have generated E-Invoice on Go GST Bill then follow steps below to cancel it

Go to that invoice, You will see a green color doc icon if that invoice has an E-Invoice, click on the down arrow and select “Cancel E-Invoice” option to cancel it
