If you have generated E-Way bill on the E-Way bill portal then you have to cancel the E-Way bill from E-Way bill portal.

If you have generated E-Way bill on Go GST Bill then follow steps below to cancel E-Way bill

Go to that invoice, You will see a green color truck icon if that invoice has an E-Way bill, click on the down arrow and select “Cancel E-Way Bill” option to cancel E-Way bill
