Step 1: Click on the “Sale Invoice” menu then click on “View / Print” option
Step 2: Click on the Email Button
Step 3: In popup you will see email detail
1: It will show the email address of the selected customer if it’s blank you can enter the email address of the recipient
Note: if you want to send an email to multiple recipients enter all emails separated by commas
You can enter CC or BCC email if needed
2: Subject line is auto generated but you can change it if needed
3: Email Body is auto generated but you can change it if needed
(If you want to make permanent changes in the email template you can do that from the settings)
4 – Click on the “Send” button
Note: PDF file will be automatically attached to the email.
